Immanuel will be hosting the 29th LifeWalk for A Place Of Refugee on June 22nd. This will be the second time Immanuel has been host to the Walk.

We are looking for volunteers for this event. We'll need help with setting up at 8am as well as serving morning refreshments and a light lunch, and with cleaning up after. We are asking for food donations such as coffee cakes, dessert breads, fresh fruits, juice, coffee and water for breakfast, and donations of bread rolls, ham, turkey, cheese and baked goods for lunch. Registration begins at 9am. During registration snacks will be offered.

There will be activities for children. So middle school volunteers would be most welcome.

The Opening prayer and walk will start at 10:00am; finishing around 11:15. A light lunch will follow.

Our very own Pastor Paape started A Place of Refuge 30 years ago. Please join us in supporting this Ministry and celebrate 31 years of helping women who are facing the challenges of an unplanned pregnancy. Our goal is $12,000, of which the Immanuel   Foundation has given $1,000.
