God tells us in His Word that it is important for us to read and study that Word on a regular basis. Our faith cannot grow apart from God’s Word, and He invites us to know Him through it!! One way to be active in that Word is within a group that is studying it. Here at Immanuel, Bible studies are offered year-round, both here at church and in the homes of some of our members. We have regular Sunday morning Bible studies, as well as some groups that meet during the week. The Sunday morning classes change in January, June and September, so check back regularly on this site to see what is currently being offered!

 

Weekly:
This is a informative course covering the basics of Christianity—its teachings and application to daily life. We encourage participants to ask all the questions they wish as we seek to better understand the Christian faith through the Scriptures. The Spiritual Gifts portion is a great opportunity to learn more about the gifts that God gives to every believer, and discover what gifts He has given you! We will talk about how to combine your God-given passions with those gifts and how we as a church can equip you to use those gifts

ARM (Association of Retired Men)
Thursday mornings from 9:15-10:30am in the school library

This group of men meets each Thursday for Bible study, fellowship, and prayer. There is also a free-will donation each week that goes toward a scholarship fund financed by ARM. All men, members and friends of Immanuel, are invited to join us. This Bible study is taught by one of the pastors.

Forward in Faith
2nd and 4th Thursday mornings from 8:15-10am in the Fellowship Hall

This group for women at Immanuel meets for fellowship, to study God’s Word, and to grow in our faith. We meet in the fellowship hall, and children are welcome! Friday Focus
Friday mornings from 9am – 10am in the Fellowship Hall classrooms D & E
